I just want to fantasize, will people be able to extend and improve their lives by using AI apps that will help achieve longevity, for example?

I envision this process like a video game, where AI helps analyze the entire body, identify weaknesses and strengths, distribute the load, select the right diet, or recommend a change lifestyle if you want to live another 10 years.

I think that if they teach each other and make themselves better then yes.
@timo_spring I'm saying that if artificial intelligence trains another artificial intelligence, then it may turn out that they will train each other.
I believe that AIs have the capacity to generate many benefits in our lives since they have the real and already applicable potential (we are already seeing it ) of concentrating the most up-to-date information on health (nutritional, sports, physical, mental, and even spiritual) and well-being in general. However, like every scientific advance in the health area: its benefits depend on us using that knowledge and applying it to our daily lives, building habits and sustaining them over time so that its benefits are possible. (E.g. if AI can establish a possible future diagnosis, based on our chemical laboratories from the last 2 years, we could prevent a consequence, by planning our eating and sports habits.)

@timo_spring@timo_spring As a +12 year sports nutritionist, university professor in different countries, and consultant for teams and players internationally, I believe that AI will be helpful in our next advances and approaches to health, sports, and our performance in general, as well as it must also be part of an individual and collective construction to reach our peak in our health.
I think that we have the ability to embrace this idea of improve our knowledge with the object of achieve the humanity healthness and welfare if this remain democratic. But also, we have a war in front of us because the technocratic caste and the prebendarie politicians don't measure the possible damages of a such powerful technology in the wrong hands.

@h4ck4freedom @nastas_nikitina The thing you need to realize is that advanced AI means nearly infinite leverage, things that a human being could never do in a lifetime this AI will help them do in minutes.
let me give you an example in wars, ai will be able to analyze millions of historical events filter through all the data, and make the perfect moves, moves that no human being was ever able to even think of and it will do it in seconds.
This i means that the ones who have access to it have an imaginable amount of power and no one will ever be able to beat them never ever, how would a poor human being beat someone who has an AI like that, It is impossible.
But this leaves to us the possibility to what if 2 opposite sides have the same advanced ai in this case no one of them will be able to beat the other it's like nuclear weapons it will make one go against the other a stupid idea because both are equal in power.
