Thanks, Dylan. I agree that the combination of human and AI agents will always be an option, but just like in online commerce, more and more sales will be automated with agents.

Currently, our agent is quite functional and can handle about 30-40% of what a human sales rep does. However, as we gather more data, we'll be able to tackle more complex and nuanced sales.

I would love to get your input on what you think is most important for the agent to replicate in order to match a sales rep.
