Why is it so hard to launch a software startup under 18?

Fair warning, this may be a bit of a rant, but it needs to be said. I do not understand why starting a software company is such a challenge if you're under 18. In order to deploy my app on the Android Play Store, I either have to go public under one of my parents' names, which neither they nor I want to do. To go public on the Apple App Store, I need to do so under one of my parents' Apple IDs, and again, their name will be shown as the developer of the app. It's madness! This is what I have to resort to. Just because of my age, regardless of how mentally competent I am, I have to form a corporation, appoint a registered agent, apply for a DUNS number, and so much more. So, just because I am 16, I have to pay hundreds of dollars to get this corporation formed, before I even have cash flow and some form of working capital. This isn't to mention all of the other services that my app uses which required me to be over 18 to run unilaterally. Has anyone else on this platform had this same issue? This needed to be addressed because it is utterly insane.
