sounds like a "men" problem rather than a "women" problem

Everyone, regardless of gender, has the right to pursue their entrepreneurial dreams and lead.

Well, if some men are uncomfortable working under female bosses, starting a startup is the perfect solution. Promoting entrepreneurship for women should be based on their skills, ambitions, and innovation potential, rather than perpetuating unfounded stereotypes about male preferences in the workplace.

Women's startups are important for breaking traditional workplace norms, demonstrating leadership, and fostering diverse, inclusive spaces where success is driven by talent and innovation, not gender.

Because women deserve equal opportunities and success! Men's preferences shouldn't dictate our ambitions; we're fully capable leaders, and gender bias has no place in the workplace.

It's important to recognize that people's abilities, leadership qualities, and professional competence are not determined by their gender. This is your dominating mind set @priyamh13

work is work regardless of whether your boss is male or female ultimately what matters is if you are getting paid well, proper recognition for your work and freedom to work, if these basic criteria are met by your boss then employees would be happy and it wont matter whether its a male boss or a female boss and for that reason women need to start startups and show the world that its the boss that matters not the gender of the boss.
