Why do people trust the accuracy of "AI efficiency increase" tools?

Okay there is one big question that rotates in my mind about all the AI products. For example there is an AI tool that analyzes user intent from data and suggest marketing strategy. But how do the customers using that tool be sure that the AI tool is able to provide the correct business solution based on the data? Same goes for financial planning AI tools. Why would I trust the accuracy of an AI based financial planning tool's advices' accuracy? idk I always trust my own judgment more than AI-powered decision-making tools
