Why Aren't We Getting Featured on ProductHunt?

We launched our product on September 12th and have been working towards this launch for the past three weeks. Unfortunately, we've experienced delays due to not being featured on ProductHunt. Our product is a game changer for e-commerce businesses, enabling them to create apps in minutes. Despite reaching #3 on Product of the Day, we still haven’t been featured. What are your thoughts on this?
