Why are testers so hard to find...

Here's an updated version without "the concept":
Hey everyone,
Over the past year, my dad and I have been working on a startup called WinByWorking. It transforms your sprint board into a multiplayer video game! We were inspired to create this after seeing how isolated and disengaged my dad’s team became during COVID, where he worked as an agile manager.
We’ve completed Version 1 of the product but are facing a big challenge: finding people to test and play it!
Does anyone have suggestions on how we can best connect with testers?
Also, here’s the link to our demo: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=UXTLqIiWI9k. If you'd like to try it out, we have a demo sprint board all set up. Just let me know, and we can play a round!
Thanks!
Hope :)

I've heard UpWork can be a good place to find freelance testers and QA folks. You could also try reaching out to local university CS programs or bootcamps to find recent grads eager to get some testing experience under their belts. Just gotta get creative in your sourcing! 🕵♂

I know a website where you can collect testers for your service. It's usertesting.com. But I haven't used it before, so I cannot tell you if it's the best option.
