    Which team member is responsible for producing these critical assets? Functional Specifications typically include, but are not limited to: - an overview of the work (mobile, desktop, API, etc) - written technical specifications - written data requirements - identifying & documenting all of the various UI elements - specifying desired stories, stories and UX flows - drafting acceptance criteria & definitions of done

    Should be ideally the responsibility of Product Manager, because the assets are cross-functional in mature. While the others will definitely be needed to contribute towards supporting the Product Manager.
