Who keeps using (expensive) Zapier, and why.

Any prodcthunters willing to share why they use(d) Zapier? There are undeniable advantages (well known, 4000 integrations) but it is sooo expensive for heavy users. If you thought about changing, what made you stay/change? (Full disclosure, I am building a tool to compare workflow automation tools and try to validate if there is a need for such tool...)
