I recently discovered Brunello Cucinelli, fashion designer and entrepreneur, founder of his namesake fashion house. Erudite, aesthetic, authentic, unique.... he embodies his brand and built these characteristics into his business culture. Headquartered in an Italian hamlet that he has spent lots of his wealth developing, and where people are banned from working passed 5:30pm. In a world where tech startups rule the roost, it's refreshing to see a business leader who brings soul and spirit to the entrepreneurial journey.
