In my experience "all in one" tools rarely work out for the best. For example, I love notion for a lot of my documentation but when it comes to quick notes, Obsidian or Apple Notes works out best.

I wouldn’t say 1st version per say, we did have a few iterations from the product concept, to UI and branding, but in terms of launching yes this is our first time launching on Product hunt and at a global scale. 🔥

I guess as early adapters, you'd always want to try new apps, hence the high count?

@diana_iun So there was a time, where the 1st contact with the client would be via emails right, but our team was using Whatsapp. So we would have to get someone to coordinate between emails and our messages.

And as the project keeps going, the clients always want everything down in an email, but collaborating on emails is so hard (endless threads), so we'd have to again come back to something like slack or whatsapp. The communication becomes fragmented and all over the place.

It just got so annoying to a point where we decided to build our own app, Zapmail to try and solve this!
