Which tools do you use to organise your life around, if any?

I'm curious because I've spend many hundreds of hours building a system to organise my life and I wonder if others have something similar in their lives.

I love Notion for this - simply because you can build your own pages very easily and customise things. I also think they are the best option out there in terms of organising/finding information once you have everything in one place.

Apple Notes + Bear + Notion

@thisismeihere Haven't come across Bear before. What attracted you to use it?
I have a distaste for juggling numerous tools and I prefer the simplest solutions, hence:
- I rely on Google Calendar for arranging my schedule
- I use Slack for brief reminders
- I scribble my to-dos and swift notes on scrap paper, typically on an old envelope
- and, for extended note-taking, I turn to Notion.

Notion is life! 💟;)
At one point I was using Notion for everything, but at this point I just use Apple’s apps that come with macOS and iOS since it’s less 3rd party apps I have to use and it generally works for me.
Reminders with different lists for tasks, Notes for anything long-form that needs to be saved, Calendar, Mail, etc.

GitHub because -> Native markdown, issues, sync, free, blog, web hosting, great eco system

@jandemiralp Its part of the fabric of the internet. I like products that become fabrics. Like notion as well. Notionists and githubbers.

Notion for no tension 👍
For fellow devs who live in the command line like me, I found ultralist to be perfect, it's a flexible todo list right in the command line so no need to go to an external website or application.

Notion! Ive built a simple project management template to organize my personal and business stuff. It helped me become more productive
Emacs because it’s an OS inside another OS 🤣
Apple Notes & Google Calendar.
I've used hundreds of productivity tools and I keep coming back to Apple Notes. No login every other week, super fast, works offline, no annoying updates, no forced paid plans, no acquisitions or shutdowns, synced everywhere, flexible enough...

@arthur_sav I get where you're coming from. I often feel the urge to burn down my notes apps and start again with just the basics
I use Notion for all purposes, from project management to notes for personal matters in order not to be forgotten 😂

@bojan_gulevski That's where I started out. Maybe you'll be interested in the Notion template I built. Here's the link in case you are: https://www.innercompass.academy...
Tried a lot of tools. Since last months I moved to reminders and notes.
Simple fast and synced on all devices
