I’m planning to send an email to our Shopify app customers and would love your input on the subject line. Which option do you think would be more effective in grabbing attention and encouraging users to open the email?
Do you think either of these works well, or do you have other suggestions? Please share your thoughts in the comments!

It's a tricky balance for sure! I've found the most effective subject lines are specific, direct, and focus on providing value or piquing curiosity without feeling too sales-y. Like instead of 'Check out our amazing new feature!', try something like 'New feature: Easily track all your [specific benefit]'. Personalization can help too, like '[Name], quick question about [relevant topic]'. The key is making it feel relevant and helpful vs. just another generic marketing blast. Takes some trial and error but those are some approaches I've seen work well! What have you found most effective?

I think you should consider a different option since "wants to reach you" implies an attempt that might not succeed. A more engaging approach would work better here. Something like:
"👋 Hey {Store Name}, Shopify Partners App has exciting news for you!"
Well.. the thing is that these are very similar. Customers are not interested in what you are about to do, they are interested in what they can do.
