Startups that are too reliant on hype and not enough on building real solutions to real problems. Just raising a big round or hiring a bunch of ex-FAANG engineers doesn't guarantee success. You gotta stay laser focused on your customers and constantly iterate based on their needs and feedback to survive in this market.

I have participated in many startup competitions and noticed that while many teams excel in product development, they don't thoroughly explore the market. As a result, it's predictable that these products will gradually fade away

Startups that are hyper-focused on hype/fundraising instead of actual product-market fit. Too many founders think raising a big seed round means they've made it... gotta stay hungry and keep innovating to survive long-term, especially in a tougher 2024 environment where money won't flow as freely to half-baked ideas. 💡 Grit > Glitz
