Which solution is the best or most efficient to interact with your web visitors and convert them?

I read a lot of things like calls are dead or that people don't want to talk to a robot in chat. What do you think about that?

@neri_raanani Interesting, automation is crucial, I agree that sms/push notifications are the most effective! Why do you only use a chat plugin and not calls or something else to talk directly with them?

@damien_boulahouache Early on, we used to pick up the phone and call the first users (churned, happy users, etc) to learn as much as we could from them. But it is very time-consuming and you have to put a stop at some point and as you said, start to automate the process. As the marketer in our company, I use emails to engage with our users (active, inactive. etc) and it has high conversion rates. It depends on the audience a lot!
I think getting a live chat or chat room like RumbleTalk or other chat plugins can help build a community, increasing conversion rates.
@damien_boulahouache this was the best way for us to boost conversion rates. Customers prefer to talk with others who have the same experience with a product than coming from the brand marketing.
@siena_romes Oh that is interesting! For you chat plugins are the only way to increasing your conversion rate? What about calls (video or voice) ?
