Mailgun (offers a low volume pay as you go) and SendGrid. I monitor suppression lists with SupMonster which is compatible with SendGrid, Mailgun, Hubspot, Klaviyo, and AWS SES!

MailerSend. Then I use MailerLite for marketing emails. Having both services built into the same software makes it nice and easy to manage. Additionally, the MailerLite/MailerSend platform is nice and modern. No more early 2010s UI lol
