Absolutely love Twitter Spaces! π₯° When we launched our Shopify integration for @reeviewapp, we hosted several live events during launch week, and one of them was on Twitter Spaces. We brought in outside experts to share their experience and advice on community-led growth for product launches. We also got featured on Shopify's blog (not once, but twice!) because one of their copywriters attended our Twitter Spaces event. I consider that to be a major win! π

Just tried out Spotify Greenroom and it's super clean. The ability to record conversations & have a chat function is great. I think eventually Twitter Spaces is going to be more spontaneous convos and Greenroom will be more scheduled and "radio-esk".
@gabe__perez Twitter Spaces, i feel that

I am waiting for Twitch, YouTube, Snapchat to come into this space also.
I have tried clubhouse, Twitter spaces, discord.
I like that on clubhouse you have to invite, but Twitter spaces is very good also.
I use telegram but never tried their social audio thing

Honestly i've tried all, it depends the popularity of the location.
Most people prefer clubhouse and most people prefer twitter spaces.
Depends on their background of work and where their friends at.
Each app have different audience.

I feel so old: I never used one of them.

For now Twitter is in first place cause of how it already had an existing community, is open to all and has more features like reactions and sharing tweets which helps in keeping the drop in audio sessions lively. I love Clubhouse but Twitter spaces just does it for me.

I would be on Spotify. I'm spending 5 to 10 hours a day listening to something on Spotify.

Tried out Spotify Greenroom today. Loved the experience. It's also cool that you can record rooms and turn them into podcasts. That's not currently possible on the other platforms. But I think Twitter stands a good chance because people already use it day to day, so it might be easier to adopt.

@boraoztunc I miss the https://jam.systems/ when I look at it :)
If Clubhouse would have held up to privacy promises and really pushed for ephemeral content I believe it would be more successful - there is room for a social network where everything said isn't on permanent record.
My guess is Clubhouse.
Spotify is winning so far, it just looks so much cleaner!

I feel they all attract so different targets.
I see Twitter & Spotify leaders in long term.

Twitter Spaces wins for 2 reasons.
1. Existing networks. I have friends I want to talk to or hear from.
2. Twitter already has a path to monetization.
