The majority of the businesses out there are using monetary incentives for employee recognition, some of them use sending platforms for gifts and swag while others use group cards.
In your opinion, Which one would you prefer?

Neither. I prefer gift cards if the incentive will not be paid in cash. I can get something that I really like.

Group cards would be preferable in my opinion because of the convenience.
