I personally lean towards a minimalist layout in digital products, as it enhances usability and focuses on essential features. Serkan, it's fascinating to see how different layouts can significantly impact user experience.

It depends on how complex your product is. If you design a SaaS product that contains multiple products and feature with few layers of navigation, I'd prefer sidebar for scalability. Additionally, it makes better use of screen real estate.
I think this definitely depends on the content. Sidebars are useful for filtering content or pages with many section and long-form content like some Blogs. But for a landing page, or a hero type site, or an editorial style site a top navigation or sticky bar is more aesthetic (to display full-screen images or video) and also is more useful IMO. If the page is too long and you don't want to use a side bar there is always the option of having a "take me to the top" button, not ideal, but works
sidebar might be better, as it seems like lately everyone's aesthetic preference leans towards having a sidebar.

Sidebar mostly. And for a few instances, it can blend with top menu. In any case, the design should be consistent.

Well answer may change device to device. Top Menu in small display like mobile phone can be very useful, accessible and intuitive. Well for large display like desktop and such, sidebar is excellent choice, it is very organized and best to navigate from any page.
Before considering any particular layout, a detailed research about your target audience everything related to it must be done.
