Long-lasting? I would argue very few marketing tactics are long-lasting these days. If the question, is what's most effective for b2b's, I'd put my hat in the ring for earned media and analyst relations. These are consistently applied activities that are invaluable in building up a brand's visibility and reputation over time - and with a solid product will help brands leapfrog competition and close deals that otherwise may not take place.

@thedfigroup True. I also believe earned media makes it more memorable especially when there are so many competitors, making it stand out.

It depends on multiple factors even if it is B2B. But yeah for SaaS products email marketing and community building helped us a lot.

@consultsourabh Any particular advice on how to get started on these for early-stage products?

You have to give a lot of value to get attention these days - Linkedin is still a good channel and we're going to be looking into paid ad again now we have built our network

The fact is the podcast market got heavily saturated, which makes standing out really difficult. My bet would be on SEM, but bets are risky. :)

@denis_tl True. But even in terms of SEM, the competition again boils down to keywords, content, etc. Attention is definitely the largest currency!

Forget fleeting trends, B2B brands. Think deep dives, lasting trust, and video's magnetic pull. Explainer magic? Check. Brand stories that captivate? Double check. SEO juice and shareable gold? Jackpot. Video builds empires, not just buzz. Let's craft yours.
