    Mindfulness sans meditation

    @ishanighotikar There are many positive sides with meditation, but there are also down sides. one of them particularly is that it has a negative effect on your sleep. On top of that I practice longer sleep cycles that other people. I shift my sleep about 1 hour forward everyday on average. It has its down sides, but the upside is that you gain enormous amounts of energy when you are awake. It's like having your best sleep ever, but everyday. But the downside is that you basically opt out of everything. But the energy 😏

    @sentry_co It's interesting that you mention the negative effect of meditation on sleep - are you referring to the need for reduced sleep hours that occur due to meditation practices? I am curious - why do you practice longer sleep cycles than others?

    I think, mindfulness comes first. Working out a bit more would also be a benefit.
