The AI-powered customer service industry seems pretty saturated, with so many chatbots and automated systems already out there.

AI has made huge strides in marketing, but at times it feels like there's an overload of tools already available in this space.
The healthcare industry seems flooded with AI solutions. Sure, AI can help with diagnostics, but there's a limit to how much it can replace in patient care.

@ethan_yung Really? Hm, interesting, I personally never met any solution in that industry, but I might be biased here. Do you have any examples?
@pomazau @ethan_yung I would like to see an increase in the use of AI perhaps in some sort of double check of doctors/ decisions/ the system. One of the most common causes of death is medical error in the USA, for example
AI in medicine is actively used primarily for reading radiological images and is beginning to be utilized for partial patient history collection
IT industry for sure.
E-commerce is another industry where AI feels over-served recommendation engines and inventory management tools are everywhere.
The AI industry itself is getting over-served in some ways, especially in the fields of natural language processing and automated content creation.
