Which help desk tool are you using for customer support?

Most businesses eventually require a mechanism to manage the discussions, whether dealing with IT requests from staff members or corresponding with customers to help resolve service-related concerns.
Using help desk software is one of the best methods to accomplish it.
So, are you using any software of this kind? Which one do you think is the better one?

We use Zendesk for all requests on Lumiar. It's not cheap but it works very well.

@robertomorais I have seen their prices have increased a bit recently.
@ali_shaheen Yeah, in my opinion it's to expensive. Both Zendesk and Mixpanel. But we are still using it...
