Apollo.io has been pretty good for me.

Smartlead.ai is a good one; the best thing is they give unlimited warmups with every plan.

@boringhustler that is correct. you connect your email and they do the warmup for you. also, you can get spam fix there - if you have bad sender reputation, they will fix it for you and also will keep you from getting into spam. I've used Folderly for my outlook email, to warm it up before cold outreach - works great.

@svitlana_palamarchuk just to clear out confusion. Folderly is not a cold outreach tool, it's a warm up tool, and warm up is only part of cold email system.

@svitlana_palamarchuk true, that's why it's only half of the Cold Email service. A Cold Email tool should provide you full suite, that includes warmup, spam fix, email campaign, automatic follow up, unibox, inbox rotation and such. We built Mystrika for that, and it has crossed 10,000 email ids in warmup pool yesterday.

@svitlana_palamarchuk some folderly users complain folderly's warmup service quality is very poor, they don't really move user's email warmup out of spam box, their warmup statistics are contrived.

@boringhustler person here was asking about warmup tool, not email service provider

Snov.io email warmup tool is really effective

@maryana_kushnir I have also used snov.io and found it good. Do you use it for email warmup only, or for running cold sales email campaigns and prospect data as well?

Would not recommend using an email warmup service since most ESPs ban it. You'll be disappointed when your mailbox is blocked. Instead, try the manual method and go slow. For more context you can read: https://upscale.ai/blog/role-of-...

I carefully evaluate various email warmup services based on their effectiveness, reputation, customer reviews, and pricing. Currently, I use Lemlist's Warmup Service because it offers a comprehensive suite of features, reliable deliverability, excellent customer support, and competitive pricing, ensuring a successful email outreach campaign.

I use https://warmupinbox.com. Good ui/ux and should be easy to use

Instantly.ai is great for this. They are the biggest in this niche.

I agree with @richa_sharma07. Just finished an IP warm up manually. It's going to be your most reliable method. Are you warming up for cold outreach or for marketing? Which platform are you using? Are you on a shared or dedicated IP?
Randy Taylor
I've been leaning towards Lemlist's warm-up feature. Pretty solid for increasing domain reputation and deliverability.

@randytaytay I have used it and worked well

Mystrika ( https://mystrika.com ), because we built it. Has over 10,000+ real email ids in warmup pool, and Supported by a community of over 2,000 members. https://pike.link/business-growt... Oh and did I mention, it's the most affordable tool on the market, taking the warmup and cold email world by the storm? ;)
