Gmail with couple of great tips from Andreas Klinger, Flowrite, Calendly and for more specific use cases Hunter and YAMM. Have tried Superhuman but wasn't for me.

Microsoft 365 is great. Outlook is good as it offers integrations with other productivity tools such as Teams, etc.
