Which book has impacted your work much more than expected?

For me, the one that stands out is the book "Implementing Value Pricing" by Ronald J. Baker. As someone new to pricing theories, it gave me such a deep understanding of pricing that I felt equipped to handle pricing decisions with more confidence.
But curious to hear what you've all been surprised by so I can get some further reading inspiration 📚
