For me, the one that stands out is the book "Implementing Value Pricing" by Ronald J. Baker. As someone new to pricing theories, it gave me such a deep understanding of pricing that I felt equipped to handle pricing decisions with more confidence. But curious to hear what you've all been surprised by so I can get some further reading inspiration 📚
