Definitely ChatGPT or Claude from Anthropic. They are the most capable for generating high-quality text content. I'd pay for them if I needed AI writing assistance regularly. Midjourney is also worth it for image generation if that's something you need. But ChatGPT/Claude are the top picks for writing focused tools in my opinion.
