We recently launched a new Zixflow marketing and are eager to hear your insights on effective post-launch strategies. * What are the key steps you take after launching a SaaS product to ensure its success and growth? * How do you gather and prioritize user feedback post-launch? * What post-launch marketing tactics have worked best for you to maintain momentum? Do let me know your thoughts and insights because most products don't work on the post launch strategies so I'd love to hear from you what next.

Hey, we launched on the 3rd of July and here is what we've been doing since: 1. Talking to users and fixing problems (bugs) they come across while using our product. 2. Having 1:1 sessions with a couple of users to test the simplicity of the product and see what works and what doesn't in regards to buttons, text bracets and copywriting. 3. Posting in channels like Hackernews, Indiehackers, Reddit and gathering feedback about our product (pros, cons) as well as marketing through the same channels. 4. B2C marketing via social media (Ig, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, Threads) 5. Having some time off with the team because we deserve it after 5 months of continous effort (working 7 days a week, 10 hours per day) - THIS IS REALLY IMPORTANT! If you have any more questions feel free to contact me on any other platform and we can talk 1:1 :)

@luka_brzin that's awesome, congrats on the launch on July 3rd! It sounds like you've been incredibly busy since then, and it's great to see you're prioritizing both user feedback and taking care of your team.

Well, now that the rocket has launched, it's time to navigate the post-launch cosmos! After liftoff, I typically focus on nurturing user feedback like a gardener tending to prized orchids and use data insights like a compass to steer growth. As for post-launch marketing, I've found that keeping the momentum rolling is like riding a tech-savvy dragon - thrilling, strategic, and occasionally fiery! πŸš€πŸŒŒ
