Where would you go to “listen to the customers”?

I’ve heard this advice a lot. So apart from forums and communities, where else would you go to listen to your customer? Making a list here: 1. Forums 2. Communities (Slack, FB, Discord...) 3. Inbox 4. Survey forms 5. 1-2-1 calls 6. ???

Whenever they hangout, find out where they are and be there. Looks different for every product.

Reviews and your inbox. Make it super easy for your customers to leave a review. Have a clear button for feedback. Send them an email once in a while asking for feedback. Give them discounts for submitting surveys. All the best.
