Where would you base your start-up and why?

Anyplace where you feel at home. With covid location become even less relevant than it was before, you can run a global business from anywhere. So the decision depends on where do you want to spend your weekend. For me, it has to be a place with good coffee places, pub, and with good hiking options nearby.
