You can utilize your circle but i could come with biased answers and reviews. Reddit is another source that you can gather the community. You could also crawl testers from pretty much any groups or community that has your target audience.

Me and My team we were able to gather a lot of tester from reddit, facebook, ig etc. And we are launching tomorrow! Hope you could pop by and check out our product and leave a review
