For PM roles, I've had good luck sourcing candidates on the Lenny's Job Board and Elpha communities. There's usually a solid pool of product-minded folks open to new opportunities there. For UX designers, Dribbble and Behance can surface some great portfolios to reach out to. For growth roles, GrowthHackers.com has an active job board and talent community.
