It seems successful startups usually get users without paying any money.
And I found that happened just in an organic way.

It is very important to find your first user for your product. You need at least one user to tell you what you need to fix and what is working. The best way to find your first user is to go where your audience will be. For example, if you are creating a Dating site, then you need to go on the dating site. Send emails to people who are online and see if they want to use your product.
