Does anyone know of any tools that can generate realistic voiceovers with controllable emotions? I need it for creating marketing videos, requiring particularly exaggerated emotional tones. I've tried Microsoft and ElevenLabs—Microsoft's results were poor, and while ElevenLabs is realistic, it doesn't allow for manual control of emotions, so I can't have specific phrases spoken in the desired tone.
