Where are people on Product Hunt living on social medias?

I never heard of Produc Hunt. I came across the website by using another website that had something very small about it. I want to launch my product in here and to make it successfull, don't we all?!?! I also really want to engage with the community of other entrepreneurs because I don't have many people around me that share similar goals or even understand what it means to pursue a dream, while most of it doubt and put us down. I want to know which social medias you guys use the most, personally and for marketing your business. I'm really looking to connect with ambitious people to learn more and help in any way I can.
