I know now a day many people are into the no code or wordpress. I will personally chose to make sure your website is FAST (1s max loadtime) and optimized for SEO.  With SSL (HTTPS), and a bit secure against hackers.

I prefer a website builder that is flexible and can be changed without making it hard to use. A good set of already-made templates is also a plus.
