I usually try and take a step back from the work I am doing and instead go for a walk, or read a book to reset myself. I'll then pick a piece of work that I really like to do which might not be incredibly important, just to get my head back in the game and go from there.

I usually take a moment of solitude to recharge my battery's , go to nature for a walk or swimming at local pool.
After that I can get back to my A game 😊
Split the task into smaller parts for manageable progress.
Reach out to friends, colleagues, or mentors for advice and encouragement.
Step away, recharge, and return with renewed focus.
Reflect on the purpose and how it aligns with your goals.
I switch off momentarily from work and switch on Fifa
I listen to motivational music that depicts the way I'm feeling and reassures me that it's a thing everyone faces and you just need to push through, my go-to is Neffex. Would love to hear other people who also use music go-to artists!
