Lately I worked with Pages.
I used to make them back in my school days using PowerPoint
Powerpoint for me, It's just easy for me! ;D
I have used Google Slides
I use Decktopus when I have limited time. It helps me create slides fast. But, I will also check out Premast :)
In my opinion PowerPoint is the best option.
