I like organizing tasks visually and heavily rely on block scheduling, which lets me set dedicated focus times throughout the day. I used to use Google Calendar for that, but I like the idea of limiting apps I use so I switched my personal planning to Planyway as the whole team works there. I just have a personal board for only my tasks not related to work directly.
minimalist phone: creating folders
I set up for myself activities that are part of a daily routine (they are necessity) and then adding others according to priority.

Definitely time blocking in my calendar for the key tasks for the week ahead (based around seasonal goals) 🎯
I like daily todo, especially when I tick the items one by one.
