When do you start your day with a scroll through social media?

For me, it's usually "A. As soon as I get up". I want to see what's trending today and catch up on any interesting news.

B - not till afternoon

Anytime I'm on the toilet, don't listen to anyone else

d. Other After my morning routing - but before work! Usually while I have my tea or coffee - but always after I've filled my brain and heart with all the good things first.

D-It started on my commute.

C, browsing social media and communicating with everyone about topics of interest is a very interesting thing~

for me, it's C, I have many time for scrolling

When I have free time or after work, if I scroll through it all the time, I will become addicted and forget all my task at work...

It is A. And there are many reasons to it:- 1. I live far from my hometown, so I always get up see if I get any calls or texts from my family as they are early birds. 2. Work [ Gmail, LinkedIn, Slack ] 3. Ofcourse addicted to some Social Media Platforms [ twitter, reddit, Instagram ], Not a good thing I agree but I am working on it.

All-time, anytime I think scrolling is an addiction. We should once in a while replace social media with learning app like my app "Vocabulary Expert" to at least learn something. Scroll and learn vocabulary. https://www.producthunt.com/post...
