When do you know it’s time to pivot your product strategy? 🤔

I often look for signs like declining user engagement or persistent negative feedback. My personal tip: listen closely to your most loyal users as they often spot problems before you do.
What key indicators do you rely on, and when did you realize a pivot was necessary? Share your experience.

You can rely on your metrics if they've been stagnant for a while now and PMF is not found.

I think PMF is a key indicator.
Same question here! Pivoting product strategy is a tough call. I'd say key signs it might be time to pivot are: 1) Struggling to gain traction after launching 2) Realizing a better opportunity based on early customer feedback 3) Seeing competitors pull ahead with a different approach. Ultimately, gotta follow the data and be willing to adapt fast. Curious what metrics others look at to inform pivots?
