    When do you feel most motivated while developing your product?

    I feel most motivated when we receive reviews from customers saying that our product helped them solve their problems.

    Kelly I think motivation should be interinsic. The tricky part is any external reward looses it's potence with time. Easier said than done anyway. Also I don't think it's a 0 or 1 but rather than a spectrum. So it's better I feel to be on the interinsic side. That's how atleast I feel about while writing code.
