@eugenehp I'm not an American citizen and had to ask a friend to incorporate the company and then 'gift' it to me and my other co-founder.  I think that was bit confusing. We had to do it because we got invested from YC.

For me, the most difficult thing when registering a business was working with documents and legal issues. I opened a small business in a country which I visited several times and did not know the Ukrainian language at all. This point also added difficulties to the registration process. It's good that I found a company https://en.clc.co.ua/registration-of-a-limited-liability-company-llc/ which took care of all my questions about the registration of my business. It was the right decision, and the whole process took only 12 days.
