WhatsApp to animate a community of B2B customers ?

Hi, I would like to know if some of you use Whatsapp to animate / communicate with your customers in B2B space ? I am not huge fan of newsletter... Thanks for your feedbacks ? Other simple tools? Pros / Cons ?
