What you would love to / hate to see/hear in a sponsored webinar on UX research?

Hi there! As we're working on a new webinar series, a question came up: what do people ACTUALLY want to see during a webinar? We've been sitting through countless webinars where a lot of fluff with no substance was said, or others that were so promotional in nature we gained almost nothing of value by the very end - hence the question.
