This is the insight from the book "Powerful" by P. McCord and nothing can explain my thought more accurately. Great book on team building!

@sandradjajic that's a great quote! but i always wonder how to fins such people. And how to now from the very begging that they are talented and want to learn and achieve big goals
Loyalty. This is the main thing I look for with all my team members. Anyone can learn and do the task, but they'll leave you at the end of the day for someone who pays better. That's why I believe in building a team that believes in each other and pushes each other to grow and do even better. That way, they love the environment and the people they work with, and that's something money can't buy.
@aaron_kong absolutely true! i'm very glad that i work in a great team of inspiring and wonderful people! Don't want to leave them at all. But our work is so great also because we know each other's personalities and know how exactly to communicate to have such a great experience
