What would you have done differently before or after launching a product in the past?

Looking back, Ahmad, I would have invested more time in user research to really nail down the product-market fit before launching. Post-launch, I'd focus more on collecting user feedback to iterate quickly and effectively.

I guess i am yet to find it out, hopefully the launch goes well
