Definitely believe in my capabilities more and not hire certain people for certain positions(which I regret, in hindsight.)

@uma_venugopal self-confidence is not something easy to acquire, and you are right it's so important to gain as confidence much as possible starting with trusting your own capabilities (and being ready to fail and learn)
