What would failure look like? 5. How will the day of a person look like? Probably work on an hourly schedule for the day. 6. How would the week of a person look like? 7. What is the Knowledge base a good person in the role needs to have?

    1. How would you define success in this role? Customer are achieving their business objectives with the product and our company is growing in users, revenue and retention 2. What would success look like? Customers referring the product to their peers and growing wildly by word of mouth. 3. How would you define failure in this role? The product being sunset, and/or being fired to prioritising the wrong features 4. What would failure look like? same as 3. 5. How will the day of a person look like? Read emails, write to-do list, attend meetings, allocate some time for reviewing product analytics, creative thinking and feature prioritization from the customer and internal feedback 6. How would the week of a person look like? pretty much the same as 5. 7. What is the Knowledge base a good person in the role needs to have? Interpersonal, openmindedness, collaboration, influence, excel, prioritization and presentation skills.
