What will be the appropriate number of working hours per day? Be honest!

I'm doing some tests during these weeks, work more and less hour depending on the intensity of the day.. I'm working in a growth team, and I would love to ear different opinions about this. Also for me is relative, depending on your role and the love that you feel for your work. But will be nice to know your opinion :)

The more flexible the better imo. Have a super unproductive day? Why waste more hours just to get to those 8 hours. On other days, hours will just fly by because you're being productive, engaged, and enjoying what you're doing, so why put a forced end to that perfect flow?

I think it depends on the stage of the startup, but in the early days, 10-12 hours is normal.

@seanp_ai It's true, but ironically, in the early stage you feel that you are not working.. It's a difficult to explain 😂

I'm of the opinion that identifying your peak productivity hours or "flow state" time is more important than the amount of hours is. Reason being is that someone can be physically/virtually present at work during 8-5 and have little to show for it, whereas someone else can be present 5-9 and show double the work.
